today was a hot day

Drillbit Taylor turned out to be a good show. Super funny and at least not meaningless.

It was so hot today i thought i was gonna faint out at sea. I made it back safe so that's good. Plus training was productive and fun, before it got really hot and stuffy.

I think ignoring people's smses is rude. (And i'm sorry i take it personally.)

Ash and abang never fail to make my day.

Notice to ALL:
This Saturday, the national sailors are organizing a charity car wash to raise funds for our sailing friends in Myanmar. The recent cyclone destroyed their sailing centre. On top of that, some of the sailors also lost their homes. They are in dire need of resources to rebuild their lives. This initiative is organized by the Olympics squad sailors and endorsed by Singapore Sailing Federation.

As a small squad, the national sailors cannot contribute a lot. We need more people like you. Here is how you can contribute. Ask your parents and invite their colleagues, bring your friends down for this meaningful event. Besides the car wash, there will also be food and drinks. Additionally, there will be a photo booth where you can meet SEA Games and Asian Games medallist and take a picture with the medals as well. There is also a knockout style table tennis competition to pit your skills. ALL proceeds will go directly towards Myanmar Yachting Association.

Details are as follows:
Date: 17th May 2008 (Saturday)
Time: 9am to 2pm
Location: National Sailing Centre (1500 East Coast Parkway)
To Bring: Cheques and Cash and people with them.

Please spread the word to your friends and family.
