we were rushing to complete the 1000 piece JIGSAW puzzle which was meant as a present for shinyee that evening. we were already late and we've been on it the whole afternoon. the door-bell rang when i was in the toilet. when i came out, jovi said, "eh, i got friend help us liao."
i popped my head out of the kitchen and saw two scouts at the dining table doing the puzzle. i was puzzled. "you got scout friends?"
"no la, they said its their job week and asked if i had any job for them.. so.. "
i just rolled onto the floor and burst into a fit of laughter. after i composed myself, we continued working on the jigsaw puzzle.
one the scouts received a call a while later.. "HALO.. ya. we at block 60... no la, doing job now... this job quite shiok one la. want to help or not... ya.. okok.."
10 minutes later 2 more scouts came.
15 minutes later another scout came.
everybody needs a good laugh sometime.

and thank you to the 2 guys who were talking about mas selamat as if 'mas' and 'selamat' were 2 separate living entities. and the only difference between mas and selamat is a moustache.
